DMA Business Group Hosts More Than 12 Firms from Latin America, the U.S. and Europe at INPACT Conference on Internationalization

On September 11 and 12, 2026, DMA Business Group hosted INPACT International’s Latin American Regional Conference in San Salvador. INPACT is the London-based global alliance of audit, accounting and consulting firms. The meeting brought together more than 25 partners from firms in 12 countries across Latin America, the United States and Europe, and welcomed firms that recently joined the network from Argentina, Mexico and the United States.

A country that became a reference point

Holding the meeting in El Salvador coincides with a particular moment for the country. In recent years, El Salvador has taken a visible place in conversations that used to happen far from Central America: digital asset regulation, foreign investment and the modernization of its financial institutions.

That agenda was present in the room. One of the central sessions was devoted to digital assets and what they mean for professional services firms: how to audit them, how to advise clients who operate with them, and what regulatory requirements their adoption brings. For DMA, the subject is not theoretical. The firm supports entities through the licensing process before El Salvador’s National Digital Assets Commission, and the exchange with colleagues from other markets made it possible to compare that framework with the reality of each country.

A client without borders

The agenda also covered the impact of technology on accounting practice and the way client needs are changing. The common ground was clear: more and more companies operate in more than one country, and they expect their advisor to understand both sides of that operation without relying on intermediaries.

That is the model DMA Business Group was built on. With its own offices in Houston and San Salvador, the firm handles accounting, tax, audit and compliance in both jurisdictions. Hosting INPACT’s regional network reinforces its role as a bridge between the Latin American and U.S. markets.

Beyond the conference room

The program included a visit to El Boquerón, the crater of the San Salvador volcano, and a tour of the capital’s historic center, with a stop in front of the National Library of El Salvador.
